WHAT CLIENTS SAY:

  • "TRUSTWORTHY"

I have worked with Sean and had him do multiple home remodel projects for me and I would highly recommend him.  He is conscientious and does excellent work.  He has an eye for detail and is trustworthy.

    - Jon H.

  • "INTENTIONAL"

I’ve worked with Sean before and seen his craftsmanship up close. He’s thorough, attentive, and intentional with everything he does. He treats others’ homes with the same degree of care and respect he does his own, and he’s honest to goodness just the best kind of person! When we needed a hand with some small home improvement projects that we haven’t had a chance to get to, Sean and Goodly were top of mind. We’re already hatching plans to update and replace a failing fence around the perimeter of our back yard.

    - Paul M.

  • "TIMELY"

I came to Sean for help regarding my bowing window, eroding wood panel, and I also had a price range in mind. He was able to give me an estimate, set a time to rectify my issue, did it in a timely manner, and all under budget. His website is very easy to navigate, communication was very prompt, and I completely felt like I could trust Sean to get the job done well. He kept me in the loop the whole time. I’m very happy with the finished product, price. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

    - Shane C.

  • "IMPRESSIVE"

I’ve seen Sean’s impressive work and was excited to work with Goodly for home projects I’ve put off too long. He assessed the scope, proposed solution options, offered suggestions to reduce anticipated costs, and completed the jobs below budget and on time as promised. His expertise and professional workmanship are the reasons I chose Goodly and highly recommend this home service.

Refresh the stuffyness

Tired of walking into that room always feeling the itch of what could be? A simple zhuzh might be all that’s needed!

Add a statement

Make more of your friends say “ahhhhhh” when they walk in. Your home has personality, sometimes it’s just hidden in an outdated dusty design . . .

Settle for awesome

“Boring” had it’s time to shine, and the early 2000s are over. Let’s design a custom piece for your room that’s begging for some fresh expression or utility (who said utility has to be ugly?).

FAQS

  • I provide a wide range of handyman services including repairs, installations, light electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, drywall repair, mounting, and small home improvement projects.

If you have a project in mind, please reach out and we’ll decide if I’m a fit together.

  • I serve the Denver metro area with a focus on Morrison, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, & Lone Tree areas. But please still reach out if you’re not in one of those and we’ll see if I’m a good fit!

  • Yes. I carry liability insurance and operate as a professional service business to protect both my clients and my work.

  • You can request a consultation by clicking any of the buttons on this webpage. In that initial form you’ll fill out as many project details as you have including pictures, and from there I’ll reach out for a time to jump on the phone where we’ll discuss more details, after which I’ll follow up with a job estimate.

Some services might require a site visit before I can give a full estimate.

  • I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for your project.

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

  • For most jobs, yes. However, in some cases we can complete work while you’re away if arrangements are made in advance.

  • I use a hybrid pricing model that includes both flat-rate services and hourly work depending on the project.

Many common tasks have pre-set pricing, while more complex or custom work may be billed hourly plus materials.

  • Yes. A minimum service visit fee of $150 applies to cover travel time, setup, and the first portion of labor.

  • Either option works! I’m happy to install materials you’ve already purchased, or we can source materials for you to ensure the correct items are used.

There will be an additional service charge for any design or procurement.

  • Absolutely! In fact, the best bang for your buck depends on that most times! It’s a good idea to walk through your home and note all the tasks - large and small - that might need done and stacking those together. I’ll help price the service and see if we can knock out the list.

For Honey-Do lists I offer a HALF DAY ($650) or FULL DAY ($1200) rate to come over and complete that list of small things needing done aroudn the house.

  • Yeah, nobody likes surprises when it comes to the home. Occasionally, additional issues may be discovered once work begins.

Many areas of a home - like inside walls, under fixtures, or behind appliances - cannot be fully inspected until the original repair or installation is underway.

If an unexpected issue is uncovered, I’ll stop work and discuss the situation with you before proceeding. Any additional repairs, materials, or time required will be explained and approved by you before moving forward.

My goal is to be transparent and make sure you fully understand the options so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. I accept several convenient payment methods, including credit card, ACH bank transfer, check, and cash.

For electronic payments, please note that payment processing fees may apply. Credit card and ACH processing fees will be reflected on the final invoice when those payment methods are used.

If you have any questions about payment options prior to your service appointment, feel free to ask and I’ll be happy to help.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Yes, absolutely. I stand behind my workmanship and provide a limited labor warranty on most services. If something goes wrong either on site, or after work is completed, I will make it right.

General wear and tear or misuse by homeowner will not be covered by my warranty.

  • ABSOLUTELY. In fact, protecting your home is one of the most important aspects of the work. I’ll apply the correct protections (floor protections, plastics, zip walls, etc.) depending on project and scope to make sure your space is preserved.

Once the job is completed, I will return it better than I found it with a thorough cleaning of any mess/debris I created.

  • Homes often contain hidden conditions that cannot be seen until work begins. While most handyman services are straightforward, there are times when unforeseen issues such as outdated wiring, plumbing problems, structural concerns, or code-related requirements may be discovered.

If a project becomes unsafe or falls outside the scope of general handyman work, we will pause the job and discuss the situation before proceeding. In some cases, the work may require a licensed or specialized tradesperson such as an electrician, plumber, or structural contractor.

My priority is always the safety of your home and ensuring that work is completed correctly. If needed, I’ll be happy to recommend the appropriate professional to complete the job.
